Our skilled nursing facility is a modern three-story building securely nestled in a quiet residential community. This friendly neighborhood, dotted with trees and single-family homes, is located a few blocks from Loyola Park and Lake Michigan.

We recognize that personal visits are essential to the health and happiness of your loved one, and encourage you to stop in frequently. To make your visits as convenient as possible, we offer ample parking and are easily accessible by all means of public transportation.

From the onset, we designed the Atrium Health Care Center to offer our residents a balanced environment that combines the personal comforts of home with the specialized health care services they require. We are committed to offering more than up-to-date medical equipment and comprehensive physical therapy.

Our entire staff-administrative, nursing, rehab, dietary, activity, maintenance-dedicate their skills to providing the Atrium Total Support System. Our goal is to treat the whole individual and nurture the specific physical, emotional and spiritual needs of your loved one to the fullest extent possible.

The Atrium is licensed by the State of Illinois and by the City of Chicago. We are approved by Medicare and the Veterans Administration.
